The rooms here are a good size with comfortable amenities. the staff is friendly and room service is handy, but they do charge for it. the building is nice and the place is kept fairly clean. 🏨

I didn't want to say goodbye, spent very very good time and 100% recommend. Comfortable hotel, I liked its central location so close to many tourist places and restaurants and the cafeteria. Helpful staff, gave a lot of information. The food was amazing and there were a wide range of dishes in the menu.

Everything was excellent and the location was perfect near to the shoping malls especially for the family.

The location is perfect, close to many tourist places in Al-Ahsa. It's so convenient being close to shops, cafes, and the train station.

It is mition in booking that this hotel is 5 star hotel but I was surprised on arrival that it doen't exeed 3 star or 4 so some time booking doesn't give the customer the exact fact about the hotels. Beside on arrival I found that the hotel doesn't have my reservation in there system and don't have king size bed as I requested either they don't respwct the customer;s request or bad management

Nothing I like in this Hotel. I don't know why that hotel has been rated as a 5 star !

Conveniently located in a new area with plenty of restaurants, shops, and the train station nearby. My room was super modern and the bathroom was spotless. the breakfast was decent too! 🌟

It was really nice to do the chick-in very quickly specially with the reception staff. It has got many shops near by that makes it a good location for relaxation and easy access. Moreover, the deluxe room that was originally booked were not available when arrived and was replaced by a suite room instead.

They requested to pay for the duration of the stay in advance rather than paying it after checking out of the hotel. In addition to that the some household services were not available and need to wait for it when it come available.

the comfort and the privecy

Staying here was awesome, the hotel was super comfy and top-notch. the location was spot on - so many restaurants and cafes nearby 🍽️. It's in an industrial area, but that didn't bother me at all.

Accommodating staff, brand-new and large room with ac, all comfort.

There was a food leftovers in the corridor i ask room serves 6 times and no one remove it til morning.

The room here is clean and spacious with air conditioning and all the comforts you need, just as you'd anticipate; the food is outstanding, and the location in Al Mubarraz is fantastic, being close to restaurants and other amenities.

The rooms are excellent, I reserved a deluxe room and it was as described.

First, I left my room in the morning returned in the after noon and the room was still not cleaned. Second, the internet went off in the afternoon and never came back. that was damaging to my work. third, as I reviewed what I paid for, I paid for a few breakfast meals though I didn't attend any breakfast. And I'm sure i didn't reserve the breakfasts.

The location at the central

There are numerous items disadvantage need to be improved for this hotel  insufficient parking  stuff not qualified and Professional as work as in five star hotel.  Miscommunication between the receptionists in change the duties although I extend earlier time for the suit to next day I suddenly found the service room group knock the door and told me check out.  Shortage of the internet and not function in rooms.  Classify this hotel as five star not fair.
